How Partner Bookings Work

1. Send Your Itinerary

Email your client's dates, cities, vehicle type and any special requests to [email protected], or WhatsApp us for urgent requests.

2. Receive Net Rates

We reply within 2 hours with a fixed net rate card. You set your own client price, or we provide a commissionable quote with 12–15% margin.

3. Confirm & Collect Deposit

Your client pays the 50% deposit (or we invoice you directly for established accounts). We send driver name, phone and vehicle photos 24h before pickup.

4. We Handle the Ground

Your client is met at the airport with a name board, flight tracking included. You stay copied on all communications and receive the invoice after service.

What commission do travel agencies earn?
Standard partner commission is 12–15% on the net rate, depending on monthly volume. You can either add your own markup on top of our net rates, or receive a commissionable quote with margin already built in. Net rates are confirmed before each booking.

Each booking requires a 50% deposit to confirm; the balance is paid before or on the day of service. Monthly settlement terms are available for established partners with regular volume. Accepted: bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay.
