How much does the Shaolin day trip cost?

What time is the kung fu show?

There are usually 2-3 demonstrations per day (around 10:30, 15:00, plus weekends). Your driver will time the visit so you arrive ahead of the show. Show tickets are paid on site (~$12).

Can I combine Shaolin with Longmen Grottoes?

Is the temple far from the airport?

Shaolin is about 1.5 hours from Zhengzhou Xinzheng Airport (CGO). If you have a long layover, this works as an airport layover tour of about 8 hours.

How much walking is involved?

The temple and Pagoda Forest are flat and walkable in 2 hours. The Songshan mountain cable car area adds another 2-3 hours if you choose to go up.
