Fixed-rate private transfer from PEK (Capital T2/T3) & PKX (Daxing) to any Beijing hotel — from $60. Meet & greet, flight tracking, professional driver, 24/7.
Landing in Beijing? Skip the taxi queue, the language barrier and the airport shuttle. We meet you inside the arrivals hall, hold a sign with your name, help you with your bags, and drive you straight to your hotel in a clean, air-conditioned private car with a professional driver. Your rate is confirmed before you fly — Beijing airport transfer from $60, no surge pricing, no metered surprises, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We cover both of Beijing's international airports: Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) at Terminals T2 and T3, and the newer Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX). Whether you are arriving on an international long-haul flight, a domestic connection, or heading back out on a departure, your driver tracks your flight in real time and adjusts pickup automatically when the schedule shifts.
Beijing has two major airports, and the transfer time to your hotel depends heavily on which one your flight lands at.
Beijing Capital Airport (PEK) — Terminals T2 & T3. PEK sits roughly 25–35 km northeast of central Beijing. Under normal traffic, the drive into downtown typically takes about 30–50 minutes to the Wangfujing / Forbidden City area, and a little longer at rush hour. T2 mainly serves domestic and some Asian carriers; T3 is the large terminal used by Air China and most international long-haul flights. Most first-time visitors to Beijing arrive at PEK.
Beijing Daxing Airport (PKX). PKX opened in 2019 and sits roughly 45–55 km south of the city centre. The drive into downtown typically takes about 40–60 minutes, depending on traffic and your exact hotel. It is a spectacular, futuristic terminal — but it is noticeably farther from central Beijing than PEK, so allow a little extra time and budget.
| Route | Approx. Distance | Typical Drive Time |
|---|---|---|
| PEK (T2/T3) → City Center (Wangfujing / Forbidden City) | ~28 km | 30–50 min |
| PEK → CBD / Guomao | ~30 km | 35–50 min |
| PEK → Sanlitun / Embassy District | ~20 km | 25–40 min |
| PEK → Zhongguancun / Summer Palace (West) | ~40 km | 45–60 min |
| PKX (Daxing) → City Center | ~50 km | 40–60 min |
| PKX → CBD / Guomao | ~55 km | 50–70 min |
| Inter-airport transfer: PEK ↔ PKX | ~78 km | 70–90 min |
Drive times are approximate and vary with traffic, weather and time of day. Rush hour in Beijing is roughly 7:30–9:30 and 17:00–19:30 on weekdays; allow extra time then.
The airports do have rail links. From PEK, the Capital Airport Express metro runs to Dongzhimen (Line 2/13) and Sanyuanqiao (Line 10) in about 25–30 minutes at a flat ¥25. From PKX, the Daxing Airport Express reaches Caoqiao (Line 10/19) in about 20 minutes for ¥35, then a metro connection to the city centre — roughly 1h15m in total to the Forbidden City area. These are cheap, but they mean hauling luggage up and down stairs, changing lines, and navigating signs in Chinese. With bags, a group, a late arrival, or an onward hotel that is not near a station, our door-to-door private transfer (fixed price, meet & greet, flight tracking) is usually the faster and easier choice.
Prices below are per private vehicle (not per person), confirmed in US dollars before you travel. Choose your vehicle by group size and luggage, then find the column that matches your hotel area.

What these rates include: private vehicle, professional licensed driver, fuel, airport expressway tolls, meet-and-greet with a name board, flight tracking, free waiting time and bottled water. How prices are set: Beijing airport rates are derived from our local supplier's published RMB airport fare, multiplied by 1.3 to cover margin, then converted at RMB 7.0 = USD 1 and rounded up to the nearest $5. The PEK → City Center price is the sourced anchor; East Beijing hotels are a similar distance; West Beijing and the longer Daxing (PKX) transfer are distance-adjusted estimates — we always re-confirm the exact fare on WhatsApp before your flight. Hotel parking and venue drop-off fees, where they apply, are nominal and paid on the spot. Travelling with 8+ passengers? Ask us about 14–22 seat minibuses.
Need to switch airports (PEK ⇄ PKX)? Beijing's two airports are about 70 km apart. Our airport-to-airport transfer is $95 by sedan (VW Passat class), $125 by Buick GL8 van — door-to-door between terminals, driver waits at your flight's arrivals, flight tracking included. Ideal for connecting itineraries or two-city hotel splits.
We build in generous free waiting time so you are not charged if immigration or baggage claim takes a while. For international arrivals we typically allow about 60–90 minutes after the plane lands (covering passport control, visa-on-arrival where needed and luggage). For domestic arrivals, about 45–60 minutes after landing is usually enough. Because we track your flight, if it is delayed we automatically shift the pickup time and you will not pay a waiting fee for the delay itself. Only if you choose to linger in the terminal beyond that window does a modest overtime waiting charge apply — and we will always tell you the rate upfront.
For your outbound flight, your driver picks you up directly at your hotel lobby at a pre-agreed time and monitors traffic conditions on the way. We recommend planning your leave time around the type of flight:
Tell us your flight number and departure time when booking, and we will suggest a comfortable pickup time and reserve the vehicle accordingly.
Late-night landing, travelling with grandparents, or a tight business schedule — we cover every arrival scenario with the same fixed price and no hidden fees.
Our service runs 24/7 — a red-eye into PEK or PKX at 1 AM is no problem. No fixed night surcharge: you pay the same posted rate, and your driver still meets you with a name board and tracks your flight. If your flight lands between midnight and 6 AM, confirm on WhatsApp and we will pre-arrange the driver before you take off.
Free child/booster seats, a GL8 van with stroller space, and a driver who waits patiently while seniors take their time through arrivals. For elderly or mobility-limited guests, ask for a slow, direct route and extra assistance with luggage at both ends — all included in the flat rate.
English-coordinated meet & greet, a printed name board, Mercedes V-Class or Audi A6L on request, on-board Wi-Fi, and direct runs to the CBD, embassy district or conference venues. Need a car for your whole Beijing trip? Add an hourly driver after the airport pickup — one booking, one contact.
Arriving at PEK and departing from PKX (or vice versa)? Our PEK ⇄ PKX transfer is $95 by sedan / $125 by GL8 van, with flight tracking on both ends so you never miss a connection. We also arrange Great Wall or city layover tours between flights.
Staying somewhere else? Just send us your hotel name or address — we cover all of central Beijing, the embassy district, the CBD, and outlying conference and resort venues.
